Our principal engineer Mr. Dan L. Dyer is a registered professional civil engineer (P.E.) in Nevada, Utah, Montana and Wyoming and a Certified Environmental Manager (C.E.M.) in Nevada.

In addition DEC is an approved USDA-NRCS Technical Service Provider (TSP)
